Ingredients for Chicken Stroganoff:
- Boneless chicken cut into 1/2-inch pieces – 600 grams
- Salt – For taste
Pepper powder – As required - Oil – 3 big spoons
- Butter – 3 big spoons
- Onions – 1 big, chopped
Garlic – 3 cloves, chopped fine - Maida – 1 or 2 big spoons
- Chicken broth – 400 milli
- Cream – 1 cup
- Sour-less thick curd – 2 big spoons
Soya sauce – 1 small spoon
Mustard sauce – Half a small spoon
Pepper powder – As needed
How to prepare Chicken Stroganoff?
- Marinate chicken using salt and pepper, and deep fry it.
- Heat butter in the same pan and saute ingredients 5.
- Add Maida and saute again.
- Add chicken broth, mix well, and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add cream and mix the contents well.
- Add ingredients 9 and mix the contents well.
- When the gravy thickens, add fried chicken pieces.
- Mix the ingredients, close the lid, and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
- You can serve Chicken Stroganoff with pasta.
