Paneer Paratha

Ingredients for Paneer Paratha:

1. Paneer powdered – 2 cups

    Kashmiri chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Garam masala powder – ½ small spoon

    Chat masala – 1 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

    Ginger – 1 small piece, chopped fine

    Coriander leaves chopped fine – 1 big spoon

2. Wheat flour/Atta – ½ kg

    Salt – For taste

    Oil – 2 small spoons

    Water – As needed

3. Oil – As needed

How to prepare Paneer Paratha?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together in a bowl.

2. Mix ingredients no: 2 and knead the dough.

3. Make small balls and spread into small round shapes similar to puris. Edges should be thin comparing the centre portion.

4. Grease the chapatis with a little oil and spread flour too.

5. Place a little paneer mixture at centre portion and wrap it fully, and make a small ball.

6. Spread it again to get chapati shape with 5-6 inch size. Sprinkle flour while rolling.

7. Heat a tawa and place one chapati on it.

8. Flip both sides, add oil and cook till your paneer paratha is fried well.

9. Serve hot.
