Paneer Paratha recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Paratha:

1. Paneer, powdered – 2 cups

    Kashmiri chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Garam masala powder – ½ small spoon

    Chat masala – 1 small spoon

    Salt – For taste

    Ginger – 1 small piece, chopped fine

    Coriander leaves chopped fine – 1 big spoon

2. Wheat flour/Atta – ½ kg

    Salt – For taste

    Oil – 2 small spoons

    Water – As needed

3. Oil – As needed

How to prepare Paneer Paratha?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together in a bowl.

2. Mix ingredients no: 2 and knead the dough.

3. Make small balls and spread into small round shapes similar to puris. Edges should be thin compared to the centre portion.

4. Grease the chapatis with a little oil and spread flour too.

5. Place a little paneer mixture at centre portion and wrap it fully, and make a small ball.

6. Spread it again to get a chapati shape with a 5-6 inch size. Sprinkle flour while rolling.

7. Heat a tawa and place one chapati on it.

8. Flip both sides, add oil and cook till your paneer paratha is fried well.

9. Serve hot.
