
Ingredients for Fish In Pepper Garlic Sauce:
1. Fish, after removing the spine, cut into pieces – ½ kg
2. Garlic paste – 2 big spoons
Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
Lemon juice – 1 big spoon
Salt – For taste
3. Butter – For frying
4. Spring onion chopped fine – 2 big spoons
5. Egg – 1, beaten
Milk – 1 cup
6. Salt and pepper powder – For taste
7. Spring onion leaves chopped – To decorate
How to prepare Fish In Pepper Garlic Sauce?
1. Marinate fish using a mixture of ingredients no: 2.
2. Allow fish pieces to rest for at least one hour.
3. Deep fry fish pieces using butter.
4. In the remaining butter, sauté the spring onions and take the pan from the flame.
5. Beat egg and milk together and add to the pan. Mix it well.
6. Place the pan back in the stove and reduce the flame.
7. Stir continuously till contents thicken, and then add salt and pepper.
8. Place fried fish in a serving plate and pour garlic sauce on top.
9. Decorate your fish with spring onion leaves and serve.
