
Ingredients for Mango Dessert:
- Cornflour – 1.5 big spoons
- Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Thick curd – 2 cups
- Mango cut into ¼ inch square pieces – 250 gm
- Cashews fried and chopped – 2 big spoons
Mango pieces and cherry – To decorate
How to prepare Mango Dessert?
- Hang the curd in a piece of thin cloth to completely remove water content.
- Add a little milk to the corn flour powder and mix well without forming lumps.
- Add the remaining milk and mix it well.
- Bring this mixture to a boil, adding sugar also.
- Allow this mixture to cool completely.
- Transfer the curd to a bowl and smash it well.
- Add the corn flour mixture to it along with the mango pieces and mix it slowly.
- Transfer this mango dessert to serving glasses or bowls.
- Decorate them with mango pieces, nuts, and cherries.
- Refrigerate it for some time and serve.
