Orange Curd recipe

Ingredients for Orange Curd:

1. Orange juice – 1 cup

    Water – ¼ cup

    Egg yolk – 2

    Corn flour – 2 big spoons

    Sugar – ½ cup

    Butter – 50 gram

2. Lemon juice – 1 big spoon

    Orange skin scraped – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Orange Curd?

1. Mix all ingredients listed as 1 in a bowl.

2. Boil some water and immerse the bowl in the water.

3. Using the double-boiling method, make the contents thick.

4. When it is almost done, take it out of the water and add ingredients no: 2.

5. Your orange curd is ready.

Note: You can use it as a filler for tarts, a topping of cakes or serve it alongside pancakes.
