Soya Bean Biryani

Ingredients for Soya bean Biryani:

1. Biryani rice – 100 gm

    Lemon juice – A little

2. Soya bean – 50 gm

3. Ginger – garlic paste – ¼ tsp

    Chilli powder – ¼ tsp

    Garam masala – ½ tsp

4. Beans, carrot, onion chopped – 10 gm each

    Green chilli – 1

    Ginger-garlic paste – ¼ tsp

    Salt – For taste

5. Cilandro and mint leaves chopped fine, ghee – As needed

How to prepare Soya bean Biryani?

1. Soak soya bean in soaked water for half an hour.

2. Squeeze it later and cut into four pieces each.

3. Cook soya beans adding ingredients no: 3.

4. Wash rice, add water and cook it. Drain excess water.

5. Sprinkle lemon juice and spread it in a plate.

6. Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan and sauté ingredients no: 4.

7. When it’s done, add cooked soya bean.

8. Gently add cooked rice, mint leaves, coriander leaves and a little ghee.

9. Mix well and put off the flame.
