Duck Stew recipe

Ingredients for Duck Stew:

  1. Duck – ½ kg
  2. Vinegar – 1 big spoon
    Coriander powder – 1 small spoon
    Ginger crushed – ½ small spoon
    Garlic crushed – ½ small spoon
  3. Coconut oil – 3 big spoons
  4. Onions – 2, big
    Green chillies – 3, chopped
  5. Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon
  6. Coconut milk – 2nd extract, 1 cup
  7. Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
  8. Coconut milk – 1st extract, 1/2 cup
  9. Curry leaves and salt – As required

How to prepare Duck Stew?

  1. Clean duck pieces and marinate them using ingredients no: 2.
  2. Allow it to rest for half an hour.
  3. After that, cook the duck pieces.
  4. If you are using a cooker, half an hour is needed to cook the duck pieces.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, followed by green chillies.
  6. Add garam masala powder and cooked duck pieces.
  7.  Add 2nd extract of coconut milk, mix it well and check the salt.
  8.  Add pepper powder and curry leaves, and allow the curry to thicken.
  9. Add 1st extract of coconut milk and boil it well.
  10. When the duck curry boils, take it off the flame.
