Chicken Wrap recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Wrap:

1. Oil – 1 big spoon

    Ginger – 8 gm

    Garlic – 8 big cloves

    Chilli powder – ¼ – ½ tsp

    Garam masala – ¾ tsp

    Cardamom – 2

    Fennel seeds – a pinch

    Salt – For taste

    Cheese grated – 30 gms

    Lemon juice – 1.5 big spoons

    Egg – 1

    Gram flour – 2 big spoons

2. Boneless chicken – 500 gm

3. Butter melted – 2 big spoons

4. Onion – ½, chopped

5. Tomato – 2, chopped

6. Chat masala – ½ small spoon

7. Mint-Coriander chutney – 150 milli

8. Lettuce – 8 leaves

9. Chapati – 8

How to prepare Chicken Wrap?

1. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 1.

2. Cut chicken into small pieces and marinate with the above masala.

3. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.

4. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions.

5. Add tomato and sauté for a few minutes, followed by the marinated chicken.

6. When it’s sauted well, close the lid and cook the chicken on a low flame.

7. After some time, open the lid and continue cooking till water content is fully absorbed.

8. Add chat masala and turn off the flame.

9. Take a chapati, and place one lettuce leaf on its top.

10. Place 1.5-2 big spoons of meat and spread a little chutney on its top.

11. Roll it tightly and wrap with a butter paper.
