Pacha Masala Curry

Ingredients for Pacha Masala Curry:

 
1. Potato Medium Sized – 2
    Onion Big Sized – 1
    Ginger – 1 small piece
2. Coriander powder – 2 big spoons
    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
    Pepper powder -1 small spoon
    Green Chillies – 4
    Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
    Cinnamon – 1 small piece
    Cloves – 2
    Cardamom – 1
3. Curry leaves – 2 stalks
4. Salt – As required
5. Coconut – Half (Extract Milk 1 and Milk 2)
 

Method of preparation of Pacha Masala Curry:

 
1. Cut potato to cubical pieces. Slice onions and ginger as long thin pieces.
2. Grind well ingredients number – 2.
3. Mix the gravy to the cut potato and onion pieces and keep it for a while.
4. Heat oil and cook the ingredients till it losses the strong odour.

5. Add second coconut milk and cook it till done. Add first milk and put the flame off.
