Pacha Masala Curry recipe

Ingredients for Pacha Masala Curry:

1. Potato Medium-Sized – 2
    Onion Big-Sized – 1
    Ginger – 1 small piece
2. Coriander powder – 2 big spoons
    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
    Pepper powder -1 small spoon
    Green Chillies – 4
    Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
    Cinnamon – 1 small piece
    Cloves – 2
    Cardamom – 1
3. Curry leaves – 2 stalks
4. Salt – As required
5. Coconut – Half (Extract Milk 1 and Milk 2)

Method of preparation of Pacha Masala Curry:

1. Cut the potato into cubical pieces. Slice onions and ginger into long, thin pieces.
2. Grind well the ingredients number – 2.
3. Mix the gravy with the cut potato and onion pieces and keep it for a while.
4. Heat oil and cook the ingredients till they lose their strong odour.

5. Add the second coconut milk and cook it till done. Add the first milk and turn the flame off.
