Mushroom & Tomato Omelette
Ingredients for Mushroom & Tomato Omelette:
1. Butter – 25 gm
2. Tomato chopped into tiny pieces after removing skin – 3 big spoons
Sliced mushrooms – 3 big spoons
Salt and pepper powder – As required
3. Eggs – 2
Salt and pepper powder – As required
Water – 3 small spoons
4. Parsley chopped fine – To decorate
How to prepare Mushroom & Tomato Omelette?
1. Heat half quantity of butter in a pan, and sauté ingredients no: 2.
2. When it’s cooked well, put off the flame. This is used as filling for omelette.
3. Beat ingredients no: 2 together.
4. Heat remaining butter and spread beaten eggs as a layer of uniform thickness.
5. When omelette is set, place the filling at the middle portion.
6. Fold either sides inwards to get an omelette roll. Then fully roll it to get a perfect shape.
7. Turn it upside down on a serving plate in such a way that folds should not be visible from outside.
