
Ingredients for Mushroom – Tomato Omelette:
- Butter – 25 gm
- Tomato chopped into tiny pieces after removing skin – 3 big spoons
Sliced mushrooms – 3 big spoons
Salt and pepper powder – As required - Eggs – 2
Salt and pepper powder – As required
Water – 3 small spoons - Parsley chopped fine – To decorate
How to prepare Mushroom – Tomato Omelette?
- Heat half the quantity of butter in a pan, and sauté ingredients no: 2.
- When it’s cooked well, turn off the flame. This is used as filling for the omelette.
- Beat ingredients no: 2 together.
- Heat the remaining butter and spread beaten eggs as a layer of uniform thickness.
- When the omelette is set, place the filling in the middle portion.
- Fold either side inwards to get an omelette roll. Then fully roll it to get a perfect shape.
- Turn it upside down on a serving plate in such a way that the folds should not be visible from the outside.
