Mushroom - Tomato Omelette recipe

Ingredients for Mushroom – Tomato Omelette:

  1. Butter – 25 gm
  2. Tomato chopped into tiny pieces after removing skin – 3 big spoons
    Sliced mushrooms – 3 big spoons
    Salt and pepper powder – As required
  3. Eggs – 2
    Salt and pepper powder – As required
    Water – 3 small spoons
  4. Parsley chopped fine – To decorate

How to prepare Mushroom – Tomato Omelette?

  1. Heat half the quantity of butter in a pan, and sauté ingredients no: 2.
  2. When it’s cooked well, turn off the flame. This is used as filling for the omelette.
  3. Beat ingredients no: 2 together.
  4. Heat the remaining butter and spread beaten eggs as a layer of uniform thickness.
  5. When the omelette is set, place the filling in the middle portion.
  6. Fold either side inwards to get an omelette roll. Then fully roll it to get a perfect shape.
  7. Turn it upside down on a serving plate in such a way that the folds should not be visible from the outside.
