Butter Halwa

Ingredients for Almond Butter Halwa:

  1. Almonds – 50 g
    Roasted peanuts – 50 g
  2. Virgin coconut oil – 50 ml
  3. Jaggery powder – 75 g
    Coconut milk – 150 ml
  4. Sesame seeds – 30 g

How to prepare Almond Butter Halwa?

  1. Grind the roasted peanuts and almonds coarsely.
  2. Heat virgin coconut oil in a pan, add coconut milk and powdered jaggery, and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the ground peanut–almond mixture and stir well.
  4. When the mixture thickens, add sesame seeds, mix well, and remove from heat.
  5. When it cools, you can cut it into desired pieces.
