Mulakila – Mutta Thoran (Chilli Leaf – Egg Thoran)
Ingredients for Mulakila – Mutta Thoran (Chilli Leaf – Egg Thoran):
1. Oil – 1 big spoon
2. Mustard – ¼ small spoon
3. Onion – 1, chopped fine
Green chillies – 2, chopped
4. Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon
Salt – As needed
5. Chilli leaves chopped – 1 cup
6. Eggs – 3, beaten
Salt – For taste
How to prepare Mulakila – Mutta Thoran (Chilli Leaf – Egg Thoran)?
1. Heat oil in a pan and sputter mustard seeds.
2. Add green chillies and onions, and sauté well.
3. Add turmeric powder and salt, followed by chilli leaves and sauté well.
4. When leaves are well cooked, gently move the contents to one side of pan.
5. Add egg along with a little salt and scramble the contents.
6. When it’s done, mix it with chilli leaves.
7. Your thoran should turn almost dry.
