Fish Nest (Fish Kilikoodu)
Ingredients for Fish Nest (Fish Kilikoodu):
1. Fish with white flesh, without spines – 100 gms
Garlic chopped – 3 small spoons
Onions chopped – 20 gm
Celery chopped – 2 small spoons
Egg white – 1
Cream – 1 big spoon
Salt and pepper – As needed
2. Vermicilli – 30 gm
3. Oil – 250 gm
How to prepare Fish Nest (Fish Kilikoodu)?
1. Grind ingredients no: 1 using a mixer.
2. Make small balls from above mixture.
3. Roll each of them on vermicelli, till it gets a fine coat.
4. Heat oil and deep fry the balls.
5. Serve hot.
