Milk Chocolate recipe

Ingredients of Milk Chocolate:

  1. Milk – 1 litre
  2. Cocoa powder – 2 big spoons
  3. Maida – 1 big spoon
  4. Sugar – 400 gms
  5. Ghee – 25 gm
  6. Cashew nuts – 50 gm

How to prepare Milk Chocolate?

  1. Blend well the cocoa powder, sugar and maida.
  2. Boil milk first, and add this mixture slowly to it. Avoid the formation of lumps.
  3. Keep stirring continuously, and as long as you continue this process, your dish tastes best.
  4. When it begins to bubble, add ghee and keep stirring till it becomes pasty.
  5. Add cashew nuts and keep stirring till a nice flavour comes. Turn the flame off.
  6. Place an aluminium foil on a plate and apply ghee with your hands.
  7. Spread the choco paste on the foil using a spoon. Dip the spoon once in the ghee before spreading to avoid sticking.
  8. When it cools down, cut it into pieces and refrigerate.
