Ingredients for Chocolate Sharjah:
- Milk – 1 packet of half a litre
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Banana (any small type – rasa kadali is the best) – 1
- Cashew nut powder – 5
- Peanut, powdered – 5
- Boost or chocolate powder – 2 spoons
- Chocolate ice cream – 1 scoop
- Cherry – 1
How to prepare Chocolate Sharjah?
- Freeze the milk in the refrigerator and then break it into pieces.
- Grind it well in a mixer, adding banana and sugar.
- Add the powders and blend them again.
- Pour into a glass, add ice cream, and place a cherry on the top.
- Of course, serve cold.
