Nendrapazham Rolls recipe

Ingredients for Banana Rolls (Nendrapazham Rolls):

1. Big-sized Kerala banana, well-ripened – 2

2. Ghee – 3 big spoons

3. Cashews broken – 1 big spoon

4. Coconut -1/2, grated

    Sugar – 2 big spoons

    Cardamom powder – A pinch

5. Honey – As needed

How to prepare Banana Rolls (Nendrapazham Rolls)?

1. Slice the banana into thin slices, lengthwise.

2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the banana pieces till they turn light brown.

3. Heat ghee again and fry cashews till they turn golden brown.

4. Add ingredients no: 4, mix well, and turn off the flame.

5. Sprinkle this mixture on the top of the spread banana slices.

6. Roll each banana slice like a pinwheel.

7. Transfer them to serving plates and pour honey on top.

8. Serve hot.
