Coriander Leaf – Green Chilli Chutney
Ingredients for Coriander Leaf – Green Chilli Chutney:
1. Green chillies – 3
Oil – 1/2 tsp
2. Coconut scrapped – 1 cup
Salt – For taste
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Tamarind – A little
Jaggery – A little
3. Oil – 1tsp
Mustard – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves chopped – 2 tsp
How to prepare Coriander Leaf – Green Chilli Chutney?
1. Heat ½ tsp oil in a pan and sauté green chillies for 2 minutes.
2. Make a fine paste of roasted chillies, along with ingredients no: 2.
3. Heat remaining oil, and sputter mustard seeds.
4. Add coriander leaves to it.
5. Garnish your chutney with above oil.
