Peas and Mushroom Pulao

Ingredients for Peas and Mushroom Pulao:

1. Basmati rice – 450 gm

2. Black cumin – ½ tsp

    Cardamom – 2

    Cinnamon – 2 pieces

    Garlic chopped – 2 cloves

    Salt – For taste

3. Butter mushroom – 50 gm

    Tomatoes chopped – 1

4. Green peas – 75 gm

5. Water – 3 cups

6. Oil – 2 tablespoons

How to prepare Peas and Mushroom Pulao?

1. Wash rice and strain water completely.

2. Heat oil in an urli and sauté ingredients no: 2.

3. Add chopped mushroom and tomato and sauté for 3 more minutes.

4. Add green peas and rice, and slowly mix the contents.

5. Add water and bring it to boil.

6. Reduce the flame and cook for 15 minutes or till rice is well cooked.

7. Serve hot.
