
Ingredients for Mangosteen Pachadi:
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Dried red chilli – 1
Garam masala powder – A pinch - Mangosteen cut into small pieces – 1 cup
- Cumin seeds, Green chilli, Ginger, 1 Shallot ground together – 1 tbsp
- Curd – 1 cup
Salt – To taste - Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Strawberry/Plums – For garnish
How to prepare Mangosteen Pachadi?
- Heat oil in a pan and temper the second set of ingredients, then add the mangosteen and stir.
- Add the fourth set of ingredients and stir well.
- Blend the curd and salt, then add it to the pachadi along with the curry leaves.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries or plums and serve.
