Mangosteen Pachadi recipe

Ingredients for Mangosteen Pachadi:

  1. Oil – 1 tbsp
  2. Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
    Dried red chilli – 1
    Garam masala powder – A pinch
  3. Mangosteen cut into small pieces – 1 cup
  4. Cumin seeds, Green chilli, Ginger, 1 Shallot ground together – 1 tbsp
  5. Curd – 1 cup
    Salt – To taste
  6. Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  7. Strawberry/Plums – For garnish

How to prepare Mangosteen Pachadi?

  1. Heat oil in a pan and temper the second set of ingredients, then add the mangosteen and stir. 
  2.  Add the fourth set of ingredients and stir well. 
  3. Blend the curd and salt, then add it to the pachadi along with the curry leaves. 
  4. Garnish with fresh strawberries or plums and serve.
