Lakshmi U. Menon, also credited as Lakshmi Menon or RJ Lakshmi is a radio jockey turned RJ and TV anchor from Thrissur. She has been associated with the field since 2007 and is now one of the most sought-after stage hosts for live shows and anchors for Malayalam TV programs. Her name is synonymous with the game show, Tamaar Padaar, on Flowers TV. Started her career as an RJ in Red FM in 2007, and later moved to the local cable network of Thrissur the same year. She started her career as a TV anchor in 2008 with Jeevan TV. Phone-in program “Dew drops” on WE TV in 2009 was the major turning point of her anchoring career.

Lakshmi Menon was born in Thrissur in 1991. While schooling at IES Chittilapilly, she has been active in cultural events. After completing MBA in HR, she started her professional career as an RJ before moving to television. Apart from anchoring shows for different channel networks like Asianet, Flowers and Kairali TV, she has also interviewed film personalities at different occasions. She gained popularity with talent hunt shows and phone-in programs and became a household name with “Tamaar Padaar” in 2018. “Dew drops”, “Chit chat”, “Mylanchi”, “Patturumal”, “Asianet Super Voice”, “Star Magic” etc are some other popular shows she anchored till now.
