Inji-Thairu recipe

Ingredients for Inji-Thairu:

  1. Ginger – 2 pieces
  2. Green chillies – 4
  3. Curry leaves – 4 sprigs
  4. Curd – 50 ml
  5. Crushed coconut – 2 small spoons
  6. Salt – As needed

How to prepare Inji-Thairu?

  1. Crush together ginger, green chillies, and curry leaves.
  2. Add crushed coconut, curd, and salt and mix well.
