French Macrons recipe

Ingredients for French Macrons:

1. Almond flour (powdered almonds) – 100 grams

    Icing sugar – 100 grams

2. White Yolk – 75 to 80 grams

    Cream of tartar – A pinch

3. Sugar powdered – 100 grams

4. Food colour – A little

For Lemon curd butter:

5. Sugar powdered – 100 grams

    Lemon juice – 110 Milli

    Lemon skin scratched – From two lemons

    Yellow yolk – From 5 eggs

    Eggs – 2

6. Cold water – 60 grams 

How to prepare French Macrons?

1. Preheat oven to 120 degrees.

2. Take a baking tray and put a butter paper.

3. Blend ingredients 1 together in a Big Bowl.

4. Add cream of tartar to the egg white and beat well.

5. When it starts foaming, slowly start adding sugar and keep beating.

6. Increase the speed of the beater and continue the process until the mixture rises and thickens.

7. Slowly add the almond-icing sugar mixture and mix well, followed by the food colour.

8. The consistency should be ribbon-like when you pour it using a spoon.

9. Transfer it to a piping bag and pipe it into the tray in small round shapes.

10. Bake them in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.

11. You can sandwich it by placing lemon curd between two shells.

To prepare lemon curd, transfer ingredients 5 into a bowl and beat well. Place this bowl in boiling water and keep stirring. When it thickens put off the flame and beat it adding cold butter. This mixture thickens.
