Prawns Kozhukatta

Ingredients for Prawns Kozhukatta:

1. Coconut oil – Two tablespoons

2. Onion, finely chopped – 3 tablespoons

    Ginger, finely chopped – 3/4 tablespoon

    Garlic, finely chopped – 1 teaspoon

    Green chilli – Three, slit into four pieces

    Crushed black pepper – One teaspoon

3. Water – Half a litre

4. Prawn cleaned and deveined – 350 g

      Salt – As needed

5. Roasted rice flour – One cup

     Coconut grated – Half a coconut

6. Celery chopped – Three tablespoons

How to prepare Prawns Kozhukatta?

1. Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté the ingredients listed under No. 2.

2. Add water, salt and prawn to this and cook well.

3. Mix roasted rice flour and grated coconut with enough water to form small balls.

4. Add these balls to the prawn mixture and cook.

5. Once the balls are cooked well, add celery and remove from the heat.
