Ginger-Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients for Ginger-Garlic Fried Rice:

1. Biryani rice or jeerakasala rice – 3 cups

    Hot water – 4.5 cups

    Salt – As required

2. Refined oil – ¾ cup

3. Ginger-garlic paste – 2 big spoons

4. Carrot and beans finely chopped – 100 gm each

    Cabbage finely chopped – 200 gms

5. Salt – For taste

6. Soya sauce- 2 big spoons

7. Spring onion – 50 gm

How to prepare Ginger-Garlic Fried Rice?

1. Cook rice adding sufficient water and salt.

2. Heat oil and sauté ginger-garlic paste.

3. Add chopped vegetables and salt and mix well.

4. Cook the vegetables with lid closed.

5. When it’s done, add rice and soya sauce.

6. Stir continuously for 5 minutes.

7. Add spring onions and take off from flame.
