
Ingredients for Chocolate Hearts:
1. White chocolate – 100 g
2. Red food colour – As required
For filling:
3. Dry Raspberry – 100 g
Sugar – One big spoon
How to prepare Chocolate Hearts?
1. Melt chocolate, add colour and pour into a heart-shaped mould.
2. Fill the chocolate to the halfway point of the mould. Keep the remaining chocolate aside.
3. Keep it in the refrigerator and allow it to set.
4. Cook ingredients 3 in a saucepan, adding sufficient water and allow it to cool.
5. Take the chocolate from the refrigerator and spread the raspberry mixture as a layer.
6. Fill the remaining portion of the mould with the remaining chocolate.
7. Keep it again in the refrigerator and allow it to set.
8. Serve chilled.
