Chocolate Hearts
Ingredients for Chocolate Hearts:
1. White chocolate – 100 g
2. Red food colour – As required
For filling:
3. Dry Raspberry – 100 g
Sugar – One big spoon
How to prepare Chocolate Hearts?
1. Melt chocolate, add colour and pour into a heart shaped mould.
2. Fill chocolate till the half portion of the mould is filled. Keep the remaining chocolate aside.
3. Keep it in refrigerator and allow it to set.
4. Cook ingredients 3 in a saucepan adding sufficient water and allow it to cool.
5. Take the chocolate from refrigerator and spread the raspberry mixture as a layer.
6. Fill the remaining portion of the mould with the remaining chocolate.
7. Keep it again in refrigerator and allow it to set.
8. Serve chilled.
