Egg Puri recipe

Ingredients for Egg Puri (Mutta Poori) :

1. Pachari (Raw rice) – 1 cup

2. Eggs – 3

3. Oil –To fry

4. Salt – To taste

How to prepare Egg Puri (Mutta Poori)?

1. Soak rice for 2-3 hours and grind well, adding sufficient water and salt.

2. Blend well the eggs and add to the ground rice, and prepare the Poori batter.

3. Heat oil and pour ¼ cup or 1 ladle full of batter into it.

4. When bubbles appear on its surface and puff up, flip once and fry both sides.

5. Take off from flame when it is off-white in colour.

6. Drain excess oil.
