Egg Poori (Mutta Poori)

Ingredients for Egg Poori (Mutta Poori) :

1. Pachari (Raw rice) – 1 cup

2. Eggs – 3

3. Oil –To fry

4. Salt – To taste

How to prepare Egg Poori (Mutta Poori) ?

1. Soak rice for 2-3 hours and grind well adding sufficient water and salt.

2. Blend well the eggs and add to the grinded rice and prepare the Poori batter.

3. Heat oil and pour ¼ cup or 1 ladle full of batter to it.

4. When bubbles appear on its surface and puffs up, flip once and fry both sides.

5. Take off from flame when it is off-white colour.

6. Drain excess oil.
