Ari Puri recipe

Ingredients for Ari Puri:

1. Water – 1 cup

    Vanaspati – 1 small spoon

2. Rice powder – 1 cup

    Maida – 1 cup

    Salt – As required

3. Coconut grated – ½ cup

    Sesame seeds – 1 small spoon

    Cumin seeds – 1 small spoon

4. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Ari Puri?

1. Boil 1 cup of water, add vanaspati and mix well. Take off from flame.

2. Add ingredients no: 2 to it and mix well to prepare the batter.

3. Add ingredients no: 3 and prepare the dough for poori.

4. Make small balls and spread pooris.

5. Deep fry in hot oil.

Note: While frying the puris, pour hot oil on the top of them, so that they turn puffy.
