Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich recipe

Ingredients for Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich:

1. Boiled eggs – 4

2. Mayonnaise – 2 big spoons

    Cream – 2 big spoons

    Mustard -1/2 big spoon

    Grated cheese – ¼ cup

    Celery chopped fine – ¼ cup

    Salt and pepper – As required

3. Whole-grain bread – 6 slices

4. Parsley leaves – To decorate

How to prepare Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich?

1. Separate the yellow yolks from boiled eggs and smash them well.

2. Chop egg white into small pieces.

3. Add ingredients no: 2 to the smashed yellow yolk and mix well.

4. Toss it well, and add white yolk pieces.

5. Spread egg mixture on each bread slice and slice them into two triangular pieces.

6. Decorate with parsley leaves and serve.
