Mix oats, curd, and salt in a bowl overnight. Temper it with mustard and red chillies. You can make it tasty and healthier by adding carrots and cucumber.

Mix oats, chia seeds, flaxseed powder, thick curd, honey, and milk overnight. The next morning, you can add cinnamon powder and fruits of your choice for your breakfast.

Soak oats, milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and honey for 2 hours. Blend it well in a mixer and keep it in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning, spread some peanut butter and melted chocolate, then keep it in the refrigerator for a little longer. Then you can serve it.
