Easy Chicken Drumstick recipe

Ingredients for Easy Chicken Drumstick:

  1. Chicken drumstick – 1 kg
  2. Honey – ¼ cup
    Vinegar – 2 big spoons
    Apple cider vinegar – 2 big spoons
    Olive oil – 1 big spoon
    Soya sauce – 2 big spoons
    Lemon juice – 3 big spoons
    Orange juice – From 1 orange
    Brown sugar – 3 big spoons
    Garlic chopped – 4 small spoons
    Ginger paste – 2 small spoons
    Onion – 1, chopped
    Chilli powder – 1 small spoon
    Cumin powder – 1/2 a small spoon
    Salt – As per taste
  3. Tomato ketchup – 1 cup

How to prepare Easy Chicken Drumstick?

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
  2. Make small cuts on chicken drumsticks (chicken legs).
  3. Make a paste of ingredients no: 2 using a mixer.
  4. Mix the gravy with tomato sauce. This is the baking sauce.
  5. Marinate chicken drumsticks using this gravy and allow them to rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Grease a baking tray and spread the marinated chicken drumsticks.
  7. Pour the remaining sauce on top and bake the chicken for 45-55 minutes.
  8. If you put the last 5 minutes in broil mode, the outer portion of the chicken will turn crispy.
  9. You can flip the chicken occasionally, and also pour sauce on its top.
