When antioxidants of the apple and anthocyanins of cherries combine with highly nutritious milk, it gives a super memory dish. Here is its recipe.

Ingredients for Custard-Stuffed Apple:
1. Red coloured apple – 1, big
2. Lemon juice – 2 big spoons
3. Milk- ½ cup
Custard powder – 1 big spoon
4. Sugar – 1.5 big spoons
5. Cherry chopped fine – 1 big spoon
How to prepare a Custard-Stuffed Apple?
1. With extra care, cut the upper end of the apple along with the stalk like a lid.
2. Using a sharp knife, remove the flesh of the apple.
3. Apple should resemble a bowl.
4. Apply lemon juice to the inner surface of the apple.
5. Mix custard powder with milk, and boil it using the double-boiling method.
6. Allow the mixture to turn thick. Add sugar as well.
7. Take off from flame, and add chopped cherries.
8. When the mixture turns cool, fill the apple with it and close with the ‘apple’ lid.
9. Keep in refrigerator to set.
Note: While you are buying apples for the dish, choose red coloured ones with stalks.
