Soya-Veg-Rice-Snack recipe

Ingredients for Soya-Veg-Rice-Snack:

1. Oil – As needed

2. Onions – 3, chopped fine

    Ginger – 1-inch piece, chopped fine

    Green chillies – Three or four, chopped fine

    Capsicum (optional) – One, chopped

    Minced soya – 200 grams

3. Potatoes – 2, boiled and smashed

    Leftover rice – Two cups, smashed 

    Salt – As required

4. Maida – 3-4 big spoons

5. Bread crumbs and oil – As required

How to prepare Soya-Veg-Rice-Snack?

1. Heat oil and saute ingredients number 2.

2. Add ingredients number 3 and mix well.

3. Take it from the flame and allow it to cool off completely.

4. Add sufficient water and salt to the maida and prepare the batter. The batter should not be too thin.

5. Make desired shapes from the rice mixture and dip them in the maida solution.

6. Wrap them in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.

7. Serve your snack with the sauce of your choice.
