Currimbhoy Salad recipe

Ingredients for Currimbhoy Salad:

  1. Iceberg lettuce – 1
  2. Boiled eggs (cut into two halves lengthwise) – 2
    Garlic chopped fine – 1 small spoon
    Capsicum cut into small square pieces – 1 big spoon
    Onions chopped fine – 1 small spoon
    Mayonnaise – 2 big spoons
    Green chillies chopped fine – 1/2 small spoon
    Salt and lemon juice – As required
    Olives – 5

How to prepare Currimbhoy Salad?

  1. Wash the lettuce and chop it into 1-inch pieces. You can also tear it by hand.
  2. Immerse lettuce leaves in ice water for some time. It adds crispness to leaves.
  3. Transfer lettuce to a bowl and add the remaining contents.
  4.  Toss the contents, and serve the salad soon after preparation.
