
Ingredients for Crunchy Chicken Salad:
1. Chicken noodles – 1 packet
2. Almonds broken into two – 1/4 cup
Sesame seeds – 2 big spoons
3. Boneless chicken – 200 grams
Water – 1/4 cup
Pepper powder – 1/2 small spoon
Oil – 2 small spoons
4. Spring onion – 2, sliced thin
Capsicum – 1, chopped
Cabbage chopped – 2 cups
For dressing:
5. Olive oil – 3 big spoons
Vinegar – 2 big spoons
Soya sauce – 1 big spoon
Sugar – 2 small spoons
How to prepare Crunchy Chicken Salad?
1. Remove the masala sachet from the noodles packet and then smash the noodles within the packet itself.
2. Deep fry the broken noodles in hot oil.
3. When noodles turn light brown, add almonds and sesame and continue frying till they turn light brown.
4. Cook chicken, adding a quarter cup of water, pepper powder, oil and the noodles masala which we removed from the noodles packet.
5. Continue cooking until the chicken is well-cooked and the water content is fully absorbed.
6. Once it is done, allow the chicken to cool.
7. When the chicken cools down completely, cut it into small pieces.
8. Transfer chicken and ingredients: 4 to a bowl.
9. Prepare the dressing by beating ingredients: 5 together in a bowl.
10. Pour it on the top of the chicken-vegetable mixture, close it with a lid and keep it inside the refrigerator for half an hour.
11. At the time of serving, take it out from refrigerator and transfer it to a glass bowl.
12. Spread the fried noodles mixture on the top and serve.
13. You can mix the contents just before you serve this chicken salad.
