Ingredients for Crunchy Cheese Omelette:
- Cheese- 40 gm
- Parsley/ coriander leaves- 3 stems, chopped fine
- Bread- 1 slice, Fried and sliced into small pieces
Cherry tomato- 4, cut into small pieces - Egg- 2 big
- Water- 1 big spoon
Salted, Pepper powder – As needed - Olive oil- 2 small spoons
How to prepare Crunchy Cheese Omelette?
- Grind the cheese and put it in a bowl.
- Add parsley or coriander leaves to the bowl. Avoid thick stems of coriander leaves.
- Add chopped cherry tomatoes to bread pieces and mix well. This is used as filling.
- Add eggs to another bowl and add water, pepper and salt to it. Beat the contents well.
- Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and pour the egg mixture into it.
- When it starts to set, stir the middle portion using a spoon slowly. (This allows the egg to set perfectly)
- When the egg is set, sprinkle a little filling on its top.
- Fold the egg at its centre and transfer to a serving plate.
- Serve it with lettuce leaves.
