
Ingredients for Crispy Bombay Roast:
1. Milk – 200 milli
Egg – 1
Sugar – 2 big spoons
Essence – ¼ small spoon
2. Butter – As required
3. Bread – 6 slices
4. Cornflakes – 1 cup
How to prepare Crispy Bombay Roast?
1. Take ingredients no: 1 in a bowl and beat well.
2. Heat a tawa and spread butter.
3. Dip each bread slice in the milk–egg mixture and place on a hot tawa.
4. Sprinkle cornflakes on its top.
5. Flip the bread once and sprinkle cornflakes on the other side too.
6. Flip once more and make your sandwich crispy.
7. You can cut each bread slice into two triangular shapes.
8. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
