Muttayappam for Breakfast recipe

Ingredients for Muttayappam for Breakfast:

1. Raw rice – 2 glasses

2. Rice – 1 glass

3. Coconut – ½

4. Fennel seeds – A little

5. Baking soda – A pinch

6. Salt – For taste

7. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Muttayappam for Breakfast?

1. Make a fine paste of raw rice, coconut, rice, and fennel seeds.

2. Add baking soda and salt to the batter and mix it well.

3. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

4. Heat the oil and pour the batter as egg-sized balls using a small spoon.

5. Fry it till golden brown

6. Serve Muttayappam with chicken curry.
