Low-Calorie Salad recipe

Ingredients for Low-Calorie Salad:

  1. Seed portion of tomatoes – ½ cup
  2. Lemon juice – 1 small spoon
  3. Onions chopped – ¼ cup
  4. Capsicum chopped – ¼ cup
  5. Mustard powder – ½ small spoon
  6. Salt – For taste

How to prepare Low-Calorie Salad?

  1. Put all these ingredients together in a jar and close it.
  2. Shake well till contents mix well.
  3. You can use it as dressing for any salad, too.
