
Ingredients for Low-Calorie Salad:
- Seed portion of tomatoes – ½ cup
- Lemon juice – 1 small spoon
- Onions chopped – ¼ cup
- Capsicum chopped – ¼ cup
- Mustard powder – ½ small spoon
- Salt – For taste
How to prepare Low-Calorie Salad?
- Put all these ingredients together in a jar and close it.
- Shake well till contents mix well.
- You can use it as dressing for any salad, too.
