
Ingredients for Chilli Chicken Fry:
- Chicken – 1kg, cut into small pieces
- Celery, finely chopped – 4tsp
Vinegar – 2tsp
Soy sauce – 1tsp
Salt – As required - Oil – 1/4 cup
- Garlic crushed with skin – 2tsp
- Green chilli deseeded and sliced round – 4tsp
- Onion, thinly sliced lengthwise – 1 cup
- Kashmiri chilli powder – A little
How to prepare Chilli Chicken Fry?
- Cook the chicken with the second set of ingredients until dry and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the garlic, and set it aside.
- Add green chilli to the same oil and sauté.
- Add onion and sauté until light brown, then add Kashmiri chilli powder.
- Add the cooked chicken and ensure the chilli powder coats the chicken well.
- Do not overcook the chicken.
- Once the water has evaporated, garnish with green chilli pieces and chopped celery.
