Chilled Mango Juice recipe

Ingredients of Chilled Mango Juice:

  1. Mango fruit – 1 kg
  2. Milk – ½ litre
  3. Sugar – As required
  4. Cardamom, powdered – 4
  5. Cashews – 5
  6. Rose essence – 3 drops

How to prepare Chilled Mango Juice?

  1. Extract juice from mangoes.
  2. Mix this juice with the rest of the ingredients and grind well in a mixer for 2 minutes.
  3. Serve chilled.

Note: You can also serve this drink without adding water. You can prepare 1 bottle of juice using this preparation. One glass of drink contains energy 9%, vitamin A – 4 %, and Vitamin C – 2.5 %.
