Ingredients of Chilled Mango Juice:
- Mango fruit – 1 kg
- Milk – ½ litre
- Sugar – As required
- Cardamom, powdered – 4
- Cashews – 5
- Rose essence – 3 drops
How to prepare Chilled Mango Juice?
- Extract juice from mangoes.
- Mix this juice with the rest of the ingredients and grind well in a mixer for 2 minutes.
- Serve chilled.
Note: You can also serve this drink without adding water. You can prepare 1 bottle of juice using this preparation. One glass of drink contains energy 9%, vitamin A – 4 %, and Vitamin C – 2.5 %.
