Chicken Steak and Veggies in Pepper Garlic Sauce

Ingredients for Chicken Steak and Veggies in Pepper Garlic Sauce:

  1. Chicken breast – 2
  2. Soya sauce – 2 big spoons
    Pepper powder – 1.5 small spoons
    Mustard powder – A pinch
    Oil – 2 big spoons
  3. Butter – 1 big spoon
  4. Garlic chopped fine – 2 small spoons
  5. Maida – ¼ small spoon
  6. Water – ¼ cup
    Soya sauce – 1 small spoon
    Tomato sauce – 1 big spoon
    Sugar – ¼ small spoon
    Pepper crushed – 1.5 small spoons
  7. Carrot – 1 small
    Beans – 6 to 8
    Broccoli florets – ½ cup
    Cauliflower florets – ½ cup
    Baby corn – 2
  8. Butter – 1 big spoon
    Salt and pepper powder – As required

How to prepare Chicken Steak and Veggies in Pepper Garlic Sauce?

  1. Marinate chicken breast with ingredients no: 2 and allow to rest for 3 to 6 hours.
  2. Heat a pan and cook the chicken breast. Fry both sides in a well-heated pan for 2 minutes.
  3. Heat ghee in another pan, and sauté garlic till it gets a nice aroma.
  4. Add maida and mix well.
  5. Add ingredients no: 6 and cook well till the contents thicken (like a sauce).
  6. Cook all vegetables slightly for a few minutes until half done. Never overcook it.
  7. Add ingredients no: 8 to it, sauté, and take it off the flame.
  8. Arrange all vegetables on a serving plate.
  9. Place the chicken stake also and pour pepper garlic sauce on its top.
