Chemmeen Poricha Puratt (Prawn Marinated & Fried)

Ingredients for Chemmeen Poricha Puratt (Prawn Marinated & Fried):

1. Cleaned prawns – 250 gm

2. Ginger – 1 piece, crushed

    Garlic – 10 cloves, crushed

    Shallots – 10, chopped fine

    Coconut scrapped – ½

    Turmeric powder – 1/2 small spoon

    Chilli powder – 1.5 small spoons

    Coriander powder – 1 small spoon

3. Coconut oil – As required

4. Curry leaves – As needed

How to prepare Chemmeen Poricha Puratt (Prawn Marinated & Fried)?

1. Cook prawns adding ingredients no: 2 in an earthen pot.

2. Heat oil in a pan, and add curry leaves.

3. Add cooked prawns to it along with gravy.

4. Fry it till water content is fully absorbed and prawns are fried well.
