Kozhi Vallikurumulak

Ingredients for Kozhi Vallikurumulak (Green Pepper Chicken):

  1. Black pepper (green) – 50 gm
    Coriander leaves – A handful
    Curry leaves – A little
  2. Ginger-garlic paste – 1 big spoon
    Lemon juice – From 1 lemon
    Salt – For taste
    Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon
    Fennel powder – 1 small spoon
  3. Chicken – ½ kg, cut into pieces

How to prepare Kozhi Vallikurumulak (Green Pepper Chicken)?

  1. Crush ingredients no: 1 together.
  2. Add ingredients no: 2 to it and mix well.
  3. Marinate chicken using this masala.
  4.  Allow it to rest for half an hour and grill it in a tawa.
