Puyyapla Chicken Roast

Ingredients for Puyyapla Chicken Roast:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg, cut into 4 big pieces
  2. Onions – 200 gm, chopped
    Ginger – 30 gm, chopped
    Garlic – 30 gm, chopped
    Green chillies – 4, choppe
    Curry leaves – As required
  3. Red chillies – 2, crushed
    Fennel powder – 20 gm
    Turmeric powder – 10 gm
    Chilli powder – 20 gm
    Coriander powder – 20 gm
    Pepper powder – 15 gm
    Garam masala powder – 10 gm
  4. Thick coconut milk – 200 milli
  5. Green peas – 40 gm, cooked
    Sour-less tomato – 2, chopped into 4 pieces
    Eggs – 2, boiled

How to prepare Puyyapla Chicken Roast?

  1. Add ingredients no: 2 to the chicken, and then ingredients no: 3.
  2. Cook chicken till it’s done.
  3.  Add coconut milk to it.
  4. Add ingredients no.: 5 to it, and turn the flame off.
