Carrot Shamam Milk Shake

Ingredients for Carrot Shamam Milk Shake:

  1. Carrot – 2
  2. Musk Melon (Shamam) – 1 cup
  3. Frozen milk – 150 milli (kept in freezer)
  4. Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  5. Vanilla ice cream – 1 scoop

How to prepare Carrot Shamam Milk Shake?

  1. Remove seeds and outer skin of musk melon and chop into pieces.
  2. Peel off the skin of the carrot and cook it well in milk.
  3. Take cooked carrot, musk melon, ice cream, sugar, and milk in a mixer and blend well to prepare the shake.
  4. Serve chilled.
