
Ingredients for Chicken Roast with Sauces:
- Chicken – 1 kg, cleaned
- Garlic – 1 bulb
Ginger – 1 piece
Black pepper – 1 tablespoon - Lime juice – 1 tablespoon
Tomato sauce – 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce – 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – As required - Oil – ½ cup
- Onion – ½, finely chopped
- All-purpose flour – ½ tablespoon
How to prepare Chicken Roast with Sauces?
- Clean the whole chicken thoroughly.
- Grind the second set of ingredients well and mix it with the third set of ingredients. Apply this mixture evenly on the chicken.
- Pierce the chicken all over with a fork and refrigerate overnight.
- Cook the chicken along with the marinade in a pressure cooker. Add a little water if needed.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken, turning it occasionally.
- Slice the chicken using a sharp knife.
- In the same oil used for frying, sauté the chopped onion.
- Add the all-purpose flour and sauté well, then pour the chicken stock and bring it to a boil.
- Pour this sauce over the chicken before serving.
