Butter Paneer recipe

Ingredients for Butter Paneer:

1. Paneer – 250 gm

2. Butter – 50 gm

    Oil – 2 big spoons

3. Cinnamon – 1 small piece

    Cloves – 3

    Cardamom – 3

    Pepper – 1 small spoon

    Cumin seeds – ½ small spoon

4. Tomato – 4, chopped

    Onions – 1 small, chopped

    Garlic – 5 cloves chopped

    Ginger – 1 small piece, chopped

    Kasuri meti – 1 big spoon

    Kashmiri chilli powder – 1.5 small spoons

    Coriander powder – 1 small spoon

    Salt – As required

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

5. Cream – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Butter Paneer?

1. Cut paneer into square pieces.

2. Heat oil and butter in a pan, and fry ingredients no: 3.

3. Add ingredients no: 4 and sauté the contents.

4. Allow the contents to cool, and then grind to a smooth paste.

5. Transfer the ground paste to the pan and sauté on a low flame.

6. When it boils, and a thin layer of oil appears on the surface, add a little water.

7. When the gravy boils, add fresh cream and turn off the flame.

8. Heat butter in another pan, and fry paneer pieces.

9. Flip all sides and fry paneer pieces till all sides turn golden brown.

10. Add all these paneer pieces to the gravy.

11. Transfer your butter paneer to a serving bowl and decorate with fresh cream and kasuri meti.
